Certificate of Registration Application

This is an application to have your pet registered into your name. If accepted, you will recieve a framable certificate and your pet's information and lineage will be permanently stored in our system.
**NOTE: When this application is submitted, you must send 3 unaltered pictures of the dog. They must be 1 from each side, and 1 from the front. Please send well lit and clear pictures.**
